We have a 30-day return policy on all standard size custom products. All custom products are not eligible for return, but are eligible for a modification discount and/or redesign. Please see more details below to find out if you are eligible for this.
To be eligible for a return, your bespoke item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, unaltered with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a modification discount and/or redesign of a custom garment, we need to see full photos of you wearing the garment and a description of the problem to assess whether the garment needs to be repaired by a local tailor or remade by the King and Lords team.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
